This lecture will give the audience a look into Allen County Public Library’s new PERSI website, its history, tips and techniques for getting the most out of this valuable genealogical resource.  We will examine several ways to get copies of the articles found and dive into several mini case studies demonstrating the use of PERSI for research problems.
